Through the dedicated and insightful leadership of Tracy Lux, President and Founder of Trace Consulting Group (TCG), the company has grown significantly since 1991.

TCG's marketing division, Trace Marketing Services (TMS) has always been dedicated to providing creative and innovative marketing and advertising approaches, as well as strategic planning and qualitative research for developers and owners of active adult and retirement housing.

As the marketing business grew, clients began expressing other needs, such as training. As an accomplished trainer and consultant, it was only natural for Lux to add a variety of training programs to her list of capabilities.

Since the inception of Trace Training Solutions (TTS), Lux and a diverse group of training associates have created and conducted an array of effective and fun workshops and seminars. Because Lux and her associates come from the business, not to the business, they are able to provide insightful, customized programs that meet the needs of their clients.

What was the next natural step? Staffing was becoming the greatest challenge of their clients and providers of the senior housing industry across the United States. The outcry for quality people to fill important positions within this industry did not land on deaf ears. Because of their solid network of respected industry professionals and their personal experience working in various positions within the industry, Trace Executive Search (TES) was formed. They have a deep understanding of what their clients are looking for in those who are managing their businesses and providing services for their residents. This successful division of Trace Marketing has grown quickly because of their responsiveness, attention to detail and excellent customer service. TES is able to find the best candidates in the shortest amount of time!
