Watermere at Southlake

Watermere at Southlake is an upscale active adult community (62+) offering a full spectrum of services and amenities on 30+ acres in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. Featuring a 30,000 square foot clubhouse, 85 attached villa and 152 condominium homes, Watermere is unique in offering home ownership in a service-enriched community. Trace Marketing created branding, all collaterals and the initial launch ads for print, along with designing the sales office, implementing a direct mail campaign and overseeing website and DVD production.

Oak Park

Oak Park® Dubuque, a full spectrum retirement community in Dubuque, Iowa

Oak Park® Dubuque includes active adult duplexes, independent living and assisted living with memory care. Like its sister communities in Madison, Wisconsin, Waterloo, Iowa, and Albert Lea, Minnesota, Oak Park® Place Dubuque is designed to be self contained neighborhood offering a full range of services and amenities.

TMI was asked to be a part of Oak Park® Place’s marketing efforts from the beginning. Marketing for the communities includes branding, designing and producing collaterals (image brochures, tri-fold brochures, stationery package, and presentation folder inserts), marketing and media plans, mystery shops, re-designing and publishing a Web site and training of staff and management. TMI has developed a strong relationship with Oak Park® and will continue to be called upon for all marketing needs as Oak Park® Place grows.

Regency Park Vero Beach

Harbor Retirement Associates, LLC a retirement housing corporation headquartered in Vero Beach, Florida began building Regency Park Vero Beach in 2003. When completed this $60 million dollar campus will include 252 independent living apartments, 42 villa homes and a large clubhouse.   The master plan also includes an 85-unit free-standing assisted living residence.

After completing extensive market research, TMI was asked to help brand the community as an upscale "resort" for independent seniors, beginning with logo design and stationery package and continuing through a tri-fold brochure, a presentation folder with inserts, print ads, and direct mail campaigns.

Traditions at River Oaks

Traditions, an age-targeted active adult community, is located within River Oaks, a 200-acre master-planned multi-generational and mixed-use community in Paso Robles, California. River Oaks will feature The MarketPlace, a neighborhood commercial services center, six other themed neighborhoods and an elementary school and unique, six-hole "player development" golf course.

TMI was asked to assist Traditions in its marketing and advertising, which included a tri-fold brochure, a presentation folder, stationery package, sales center graphics and highway signage.
