Sales Director

We have two sales director positions available for candidates seeking a position in Oregon. If you, or someone you know, are seeking a slower pace in a picturesque location, we've got to talk!

Clients are open to considering candidates with successful sales experience outside the senior housing business.

These communities are rental communities with IL, AL and ALZ..

Qualifications:
1. ability to build relationships and be a good listener

2. discover customer needs and preferences

3. present the community to a variety of audiences

4. maintain high performance ratios of activity to move-ins

5. be skilled at overcoming objections

6. have effective sales skills to sell in person and via telephone

7. possess a strong drive to meet goals and earn incentives

8. conduct effective community outreach marketing

9. possess advanced computer skills

A college graduate is preferred with four years sales experience and excellent closing abilities. Previous experience with seniors is a plus.

Compensation: base salary plus commissions plus benefits

Our client is a State of MA startup looking for a COO with extensive home health experience, proven track record, exellent management experience; must be able to build the business internally and externally; excellent compensation program for the right candidate.  Must know state regulations inside and out!

Excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional.  This client is seeking that special candidate that has a high closing ratio.   This position will oversee 4 to 5 communities.  Candidate must be willing to roll up sleeves and conduct hands on selling in individual communities as required. Excellent base up to $100k for that special candidate.  Total package to includes commissions and bonuses.
