Tim Lancaster
Director of Creative Services
Tim Lancaster directs creative services for Trace Marketing Inc., including concept and graphic presentation. His experience with this group includes working with national and local clients in real estate development, retirement housing, health care and not-for-profit associations.
Previous experience includes ten years as TMT Project Manager for The Tampa Tribune developing marketing strategies and creating advertising campaigns for Tribune advertisers. Aside from traditional newspaper advertising vehicles, Lancaster also created logo designs, brochures, outdoor signage, point-of-purchase displays and various collateral materials for a diverse group of clients including professional sports organizations, real estate development companies, senior housing, educational institutions, and a wide variety of retail stores. His work there gained recognition, including winning numerous Addy and FNAME awards.
Before becoming Project Manager at the Tribune, Lancaster served two years as Creative Director for Wilcox Advertising, creating consumer advertising and collateral materials. Prior to that time he had spent and additional five years in the newspaper business serving as Art Director of the marketing department for the Tampa Tribune. He began his career as a graphic artist for Eckerd Corporation, a retail drugstore chain. Lancaster is a graduate of the Ringling School of Art & Design.
